Error:cast from ' char* ' to ' int ' loses precision

Tag: size error har DRC error: Automatic from implicit conversion

Program:

Char* addrcom; addrcom= ... // If(-1 = = (int//

An error occurred at compile time:

from 'Char* ' to 'int' loses precision

Because my compiled system is linux64 bit, its pointer type and long size are equal (8B) and int type 4B, it will appear: loses precision. Therefore: The Char*-->long is first, then automatically converted from long to int.

Change (int) addrcom to (long) addrcom

Error:cast from ' char* ' to ' int ' loses precision
