Error:/etc/resolv. conf isn't a symlink, not doing anything solves the problem of using/etc/init After configuring the interfaces file. the following Error occurs when the d/networking restart command restarts the network configuration: resolvconf: Error:/etc/resolv. conf isn't a symlink, not doing anything. resolv. conf is a soft link by default, and resolvconf checks resolv by default. if conf is not a soft link, an error is reported: ls-l/etc/resolv. conflrwxrwxrwx 1 root 29 May 17 17:05/etc/resolv. conf-> .. /run/resolvconf/resolv. if you do not want to set soft links, use the/etc/default/resolvconf default file (no new file is available) to set the parameter REPORT_ABSENT_SYMLINK no.
