Error:the Python SSL extension is not compiled. Missing the OpenSSL Lib?

On Mac and with homebrew installed OpenSSL, the command line is as follows:

cflags="-i$ (Brew--prefix OpenSSL)/include"  ldflags="-l$ (Brew-- Prefix OpenSSL)/lib"install3.6. 2

Add one more word, don't add sudo to the front of the pyenv. Otherwise the compilation still error pass.
