- Many of them have some bad feelings about their work attitude (or their attitude towards software majors) that you cannot tell. Sometimes I even think that they are looking for work and work simply as a kind of entertainment (similar to kge's entertainment activities). After a bit of entertainment, everyone will be away.
- There are too many similarities. We have even interviewed almost one class. I have even recruited my classmates. I feel like they are happy families.
I'm not surprised to know this, because many times when I drive in the afternoon, I can always hear the advertisement (about 20 minutes to half an hour ), from some comments, we can easily know that they are dummies.
I think we have to say a few things. It's not how black their pure conscience is, how poor the quality of education is, and how much money is spent.
Conscience black, you cultivate real talents, create GDP, and you have the ability to count.
Education Quality Check: You teach students to be honest, humble, hardworking, and persistent.
Your money is too easy and it doesn't matter. long-term stable work is enough to make up for them.
Most of them are people who have poor employment conditions, cannot afford to fight for their father, and are not surnamed Li!
If they have good family conditions, good back-to-earth support, and good IT infrastructure, they will not spend the hard-earned money to win your blog!
But when they happen to have a poor conscience, poor quality of education, and expensive training institutions, they are doomed to be unlucky.
Enterprises can sympathize with anyone and give students with insufficient conditions a chance. However, enterprises are not shelters, not training institutions, or even unable to see any tricks, it will not wipe your ass. If so, these young and ignorant students are even worse.
If there are no two brushes for private enterprises that can survive this year, it will be difficult to maintain them for a long time. If you "train" these "skills, you can cheat them and pass the market test, we have already gone to a training institution to compete with you.
