The establishment of mutual Insurance Society of Hui friends--system

System contains two parts: regulation + Internal management system, today only talk about the constitution of this piece, the specific system aspects, to tomorrow again talk, today elder sister too tired, just want to sleep.

2. Business purpose and scope-based on the company's business concerns, to establish the purpose and scope of the operation, and to do a guideline in principle;

3. Members and their rights and obligations-specifically formulated for mutual insurance companies;

4. Initial Operation fund raising and reimbursement--initiating members, general members, sources of initial funds, and establishing reimbursement rules in accordance with the regulations of the CIRC;

5. General Assembly (Member Congress)-This is necessary for the rights and obligations of the member;

6. The member represents the election committee, which corresponds to the member's Congress mentioned in the preceding paragraph, and therefore requires the member to represent the election Committee;

7. Board of Directors and supervisory Board;

8. General Manager-Nomination and creation of Directors, Special Committee;

9. Rules of procedure of the General Assembly, Council and Supervisory Board;

10. Use of insurance funds;

11. Merger, Division, dissolution and liquidation;

12. Notice;

13. Amendment procedure of company bylaws;

14. Annex.
