Data security start-ups Guardtime announced the collaboration with the Estonian e-Health Foundation (Estonia EHealth Foundation) to secure 1 million patient medical records using blockchain technology.
The fund consolidates Guardtime's key-signing infrastructure's blockchain technology (KSI, keyless signature infrastructure) and the foundation Oracle Data Engine to enable real-time viewing of patient cases.
