Exadel announces AJAX support for JSF in Studio Pro 3.5

Exadel Studio Pro 3.5 has been released, which supports AJAX and other features. Studio Pro supports JSF, Struts, Hibernate, MyFaces, ADF, Shale, Spring, and more. AJAX components can be put into a page through the editor and can be completely customized.

New features include:

Support for ajax jsf extension in the Apache MyFaces Sandbox component library. Studio Pro 3.5 not only binds AJAX components, but completely integrates them into a visual development environment in four specific ways:

• The AJAX component can be easily accessed by using the Exadel Palette of the Exadel Visual Page Editor.
• Drag and Drop an AJAX component to a Page using the Visual Page Editor. This starts an advanced wizard for assembling components used on the Page.
• The WYSIWYG Display of AJAX components is completely out-of-bounds controlled by custom templates.
• You can obtain the complete code assistant for editing the code of the AJAX component.

Based on the new Eclipse Web Tools Project (WTP) 1.0, it provides enhanced performance and stability.

Fully dedicated support for Struts Shale and the upgraded JSF Facelets 1.0.

Exadel Studio Pro 3.5 is now available for purchase and download, with a license paid at $199. A licensed purchase includes a one-year technical support and product upgrade, including bug fixes and release of all major versions within the validity period. The Exadel Studio Pro license allows you to purchase a new license agreement and maintenance service at $59 per year. Exadel Studio 3.0 (Standard Edition) will be available for download and use all the time, no charge.
