Introduction to Faults
Customer reported equipment failure: All the network interface is not working, plugged in the cable also did not respond, but the broadband interface and power LED is normal, failure conditions such as:
Fault analysis
Because there are other lights, first to troubleshoot the power supply, the network interface does not work, only two possibilities, one is hardware failure, motherboard interface damage, there is a software failure, that is, these interfaces are closed. In order to first troubleshoot the software problem, but because the network interface does not work, can not access the device through a network cable, so only with the configuration line through the console port access to the device (specific connection method, please refer to the corresponding document).
Troubleshooting
Use SECURECRT to access the firewall, via commands
Show System InterfaceView the interface status.
I see that the status of the internal interface is down, and it is forbidden.
Fault resolution
Resolve the failure as long as the status changes to up, the following command can be done:
Only input end will modify the status immediately, you can see that the network interface lights are lit after troubleshooting, indicating that the work is working.
Failure replay

Because the state of the internal interface is changed, we enter the internal editor interface.
At the bottom, there is an admin status option, enabled to indicate that this interface is working, and that the interface does not work, and that the light is not lit because the internal interface contains all the intranet ports, so once modified to not be enabled, the intranet interface is not working, and it is not light, it is easy to be considered broken.
