Example of painless running of ogre and cegui

Ogre:

1. Download OgreSDK_vc9_v1-7-2

2. Compile with a ready-made SLN

3. Create another vs project after compilation

4. A short section of the basic wiki tutorialCode

5. If you encounter various dependent library problems, set them in the tools/options/Projects and Solutions/VC ++ directory.

6. Set the debugging working directory to [ogrehome]/bin/debug.

7. Set the character set to multiple bytes

8. Complete

 

Cegui:

1. Download CEGUI-SDK-0.7.5-vc9

2. Compile with the SLN under projects/premake

3. The database freeglut_static.lib cannot be found.

4. Copy freeglut_d.lib under dependencies/lib/static, paste it to the current directory, and rename it freeglut_static.lib.

5. Set the debugging working directory to datafiles

6. Complete

 

The above steps are simple, just to see the effect of the two databases as soon as possible.
