In Excel, we need to reach a cell, usually by using the mouse to drag the scroll bar, but if the data range beyond a screen display or a very long number of rows, want to quickly locate a cell can be a bit of trouble. In fact, we can use the "positioning" function to quickly get to the desired cell.

Example 1: To select the Y2009 cell (or quickly move to Y2009 cell), we can use the Edit/Position menu, enter "Y2009" in the reference position and press ENTER.

Example 2: You need to select the cell of the 2004~2009 row of y column, we follow the same method, enter "y2004:y2009" in the reference position to press ENTER.

Example 3: You need to select 2009 rows of cells, we can enter "2009" in the reference position. 2009 "Press ENTER."

Example 4: You need to select the cell of the 2004~2009 row, we can enter "2004" in the reference position. 2009 "Press ENTER."
