Step 01 Enter text

Enter the table entry in the appropriate cell and fill in the contents, such as the employee's name.

Step 02 Formatting Text

In the Account this table item, the bank's card number is the text type data input, selects the B4:B15, the E4:e14 cell area, clicks the right mouse button, chooses pops up "The format cell formatting" → "The number" → "The Text", clicks "the OK" button.

Step 03 Account Entry

Bank account is always so long, enter more than 11 digits in Excel, the number shown is not the form we want to represent, this time can be formatted as text cell, you can enter the digital money to enter a half-width single quotation mark, and then enter a number. Adjust the column width appropriately to display the account number fully.

Step 04 Enter the amount

Select the C4 cell to enter the amount, right-click the shortcut menu, select format cell → number → currency, select the currency symbol in the right dialog box, and click OK. Now, the number entered is automatically generated before the symbol of the renminbi. Set the amount column to text format, and then finish entering the amount.

Step 05 Set the time custom format

In cell F2, click the right mouse button to eject the shortcut menu, select "Format cells" → "number" → "Custom", and in the right "type" select "yyyy" year "M" Month, click OK. In F2 Enter the time "2009-4-30" press ENTER, F2 cell display "April 2009".
