Date format conversion format one: When entering 20120920, automatically converts to 2012-09-20

First open the Excel table, select the cells you want to convert, and then click the right mouse button to select Format cells in the list that pops up. As shown in the figure:

In the pop-up window, click the "Number" button above, select the "Custom" option in the list, and then enter the "0000-00-00" format in the Type input box, click OK. As shown in the figure:
