As shown in the following figure, you need to draw a table slash in the header A1 to produce a horizontal, vertically-named score sheet.

Practice:
1. Click the "View" toolbar, and then click "Drawing" in the toolbar, where the drawing tool appears at the bottom left of the Excel table.
2. Select a straight line graphic in the drawing tool and manually draw a table slash in the A1 where you want to draw the form slash.
3. Enter the "account name" in the header A1, press "ALT + return" To change the line in the cell, and then through the table size adjustment, the text position adjustment, a table with a table slash head is done.
Excel table Slash Method 2: Use format cell formatting to draw a table slash
Practice: Select A1 Cell, right-click Select Format cells, and in the Format Cells dialog box, select Borders, and then select a diagonal line in the border.
Finally, in the same way as Method 1, enter "account name" in the header.
