The reason for this problem is that the workbook contains macros, ActiveX controls, and other content, while Excel is set to automatically delete the personal information in the file attributes when saving the file, so this dialog box appears. To avoid this prompt, perform the following settings:

Excel 2003: click "Tools> Options> Security" in the menu, cancel "delete personal information from file attributes when saving" under "personal information options", and then confirm.
