By default, if a user performs a print operation on a Excel2010 worksheet, the contents of all non-empty cells in the current worksheet are printed. In many cases, users may just need to print a portion of the current Excel2010 worksheet, not everything. At this point, the user can set the print area for the current Excel2010 worksheet, as described in the following steps:
Step 1th, open the EXCEL2010 Worksheet window and select the worksheet contents you want to print.
Step 2nd, switch to the page layout ribbon. Click the Print Area button in the Page Setup group, and click the Set Print Area Command in the open list, as shown in Figure 1.

Tip: If you set the print area for the current Excel2010 worksheet and you want to print all the content temporarily, you can use the Ignore Print area feature. To do this: Click the file → print command, click the Print Range Drop-down button in the Settings area in the Open Print window, and select the Ignore Print Area option in the Open list, as shown in Figure 2.
