excel2003 Page Break Setting method

On the View menu, click Page Split Preview.

Do one of the following:

View page breaks that are inserted manually are displayed as solid lines. A dashed line indicates that Microsoft Excel will automatically page pages here.

Moving a page break that is automatically set makes it a page break that you set manually.

Insert horizontal or vertical page breaks Select a row or column below or to the right of where you want to insert horizontal or vertical page breaks, right-click, and then click Insert Page Break.

Suppresses page breaks to drag page breaks out of the print area. To cancel all manual page breaks, right-click any cell in the worksheet, and then click Reset All Page breaks.
