When we use Excel to store customer information, it is often possible to enter a customer ID number in the form, but when we put a long string of numbers in, we find that the entire contents of the cell become a scientific counting method, how can I enter a valid ID number? Here I would like to share it for you.
Method One:
① Select the cell for which you want to enter your ID, right-click, and select Format cells in the pop-up drop-down menu.
② Press the OK button when you select text in the Format Cells page box that pops up.
③ Setup is complete, you can now enter your ID number in the cell you just set up. As shown in the figure:
Method Two:
① Select the arrow at the bottom right of the Number tab in the Start menu bar.
② Select the Custom option in categories in the Format Cells page box that pops up, select @ in type, and click the OK button. "
The ③ setting is complete, so you can enter your ID number in the Set cell. As shown in the figure:
Method Three:
① directly to change the input method to English state.
② Enter a "'" symbol (apostrophe) before entering the ID number, and then enter the ID number to complete the input.
