1. Open the Excel table and select the cells where you want to draw the double ordinate diagram. Click on the toolbar "insert" → "chart" → "Column chart" → "Two-dimensional column chart"

2. This time we can draw the column chart, then click "Series 2" in the column chart and then right-click to select "Format data series"

3. Select secondary axis in Set data series format

4. Then click Series 2, then right-click to select "Change Icon type"

5. Change it to a line chart, then click OK.
