Excel2013 How to insert a comment in a picture

If more annotations are inserted in a spreadsheet, some of the important ones can appear in bold red, and in addition, we can insert an image into the annotation.

Specific procedures

1, start Excel2013, any click a cell, click the menu Bar-"Review"-"New annotation."

2, the right side of the cell will pop up the comment dialog box, we enter the text message in the comment box to the meaning of the high-speed reader cell.

3, then right click on the balloon border, from the right-click menu, choose Format Annotation.

4, Pop-up Set Annotation Format dialog box, we switch to the "Color and Line" tab, click the small triangle arrow to the right of the fill color, select "Fill Effect" from the Drop-down menu.

5, again Fill Effect dialog box, switch to Picture label, click Select Picture button, select a picture from the local open.

6. After clicking OK, the picture we selected before is displayed in the annotation box.
