Bugnion spent 30 minutes describing the value of Cisco's Unified Computing System (UCS), which includes Cisco hardware and network devices and is frequently complained about locking users.

From Redhat's advocacy of openness to Cisco's sale of Systems with user locks, this kind of comment is ironic. Someone even spelled the hypocritical R-E-D-H-A-T.

Many attendees stood up and left the venue. A non-name-based participant said that if he had known this, he would not attend the Red Hat summit, so that he could avoid selling the entire Cisco product. The summit has changed from a traditional user-centered presentation to a meeting that listens to vendor bias.

Another participant, Linux server administrator Paul Hall, said, "I sat down and endured the impact of my brain. I felt like there were too many sales rhetoric and there was no technical content ."

Of course, RedHat needs to satisfy its partners and let them do their own thing. This is a good business consciousness. However, open-source users expect Linux and RedHat to protect them from commercialization. However, it is clear that you have not escaped it.
