Exception: Unsupported major. minor version, major. minor

This problem occurred when using the latest springboot version today. The exception thrown is: UnsupportedClassVersionError.

Open the source code of the exception and look at it.

* Thrown when the Java Virtual Machine attempts to read a class * file and determines that the major and minor version numbers * in the file are not supported.

Obviously, it is because I read a class file that is not supported by a version. Then I checked the jetty version of springboot and found that it is the latest version, it is estimated that jetty's latest version is JDK1.8.

The result displayed on the official website is indeed the same, so of course the JDK version is upgraded.

Because the current default values of eclipse only support 1.7, we also need to install the plug-in on our own for 1.8.
