Some Exchange users cannot log on in the morning. After the OWA test, an HTTP 500 error is reported. Check the information. The following are suggestions:
1. CASUpperMicrosoft Exchange forms-based authentication serviceIs it in the startup status.
2.OpenIIS,CheckOWA, We recommend that youDisableAll authentication methods.
3.CheckOwa http redirect.
4.CheckCASUpperOWA(Default site) authentication method.
If the above configurations are correct, run the following command to createOWA virtual directory, Restart After completionIIS.
Remove-owavirtualdirectory.
New-owavirtualdirectory
After the check, I found that there was no problem. I suddenly remembered that due to storage hardware problems in DPM, there was no backup for a few days, and there was always an error in the backup; Check that many tasks were successful but repeated execution, how many tasks have been running for more than two hours but there is no data? Maybe the Store service is stuck? An error occurred while restarting the Store service on the mailbox. It timed out to transfer the service to the backup machine. After that, all the tasks being executed by DPM are canceled. The service is switched to the backup machine normally and the user can log on normally.
