The steps for configuring OWA to log on with the user name are as follows: Open the server option --> find the virtual directory --> click edit, in the pop-up window, choose --> authentication options --> select login only by user name --> Click browse --> select domain --> click save, and you will be prompted to restart IIS, restart IIS. The procedure is as follows:
Open the server-virtual directory, select CAS01, and find the OWA directory.
