Next, let's test the Outlook 2016 client support for RMS.

We used MAILUSER20 to send a test message to Rmsuser1, and then we configured Rmsuser1 to receive the encrypted RMS message using Outlook 2016.

If you cannot contact the Adrms rights service, you can try restarting the client computer and seeing if the client has permission templates to download to RMS.
