Exchange 2016 integrates Adrms series-8: Creating Custom RMS Templates

The IRM pin provides good confidentiality protection for corporate messages and documents, such as restrictions on forwarding, modifying, printing, extracting, saving, and pasting mail and attachment settings.

However, there are some extreme situations, but also can not be prevented, such as: handwritten mail content, using a camera for photography.

In addition to the default two templates, we can also set more flexible rights policy templates through the RMS console.

To do this we need to log in to the RMS console, then navigate to the Rights policy templates node and select Create Distributed rights policy template.

In the Add User rights interface, scope we select "Anyone", that is, everyone in your organization can use the template.

Then in the Anyone permissions pane below, tick the permissions that should be given to the template, tick "view, reply, Reply All, view permissions".
