Migrating user mailboxes using the local Move Request tool
Scene:
1) e-mail cross-version upgrade;
2) database optimization, migration of high-load users to low-load users;
3) Database space collation and release;
4) The user in the problem database is migrated to the new library;
Benefits:
You can avoid downtime by migrating;
Select recipients, and then select the Migration tab, select Move to another database.
Select the user you want to move.
If you move more users at a time, you can also export users in advance to CSV, through the CSV to specify the users to migrate.
Enter a name for the migration batch, and then select Move Primary Mailbox, or select whether to move the archive mailbox if the user has an archive mailbox.
Select a target database to hold the user.
If you have an archive mailbox, you need to specify the target database to which the archive mailbox will be migrated separately.
Select "Next".
Sets whether to send a report notification when a move request is completed.
The batch in the migration is displayed as a state that is synchronizing.
When the migration is complete, it is displayed as completed.
