Dynamic Distribution Groups
Unlike distribution groups, dynamic distribution groups can dynamically update membership based on the ad's information according to the rules, which greatly reduces the amount of tasks we manually maintain. Dynamic distribution groups are in OUs, and when the number of people in an OU changes, dynamic distribution group members should change, unlike regular distribution groups that contain a defined set of members, each time a message is sent to a dynamic distribution group, the list of members for that group is calculated based on the filters and conditions that are defined. When an e-mail message is sent to a dynamic distribution group, it is delivered to all recipients in the organization that match the criteria defined for that group. Dynamic distribution groups are not part of a group unless the member's mailbox is disabled or deleted
Create a dynamic distribution group
First expand EMC, select the Recipient Configuration tab, right-click Distribution Group, select New dynamic distribution Group,

View Dynamic Distribution Group members
1. In the console tree, navigate to Recipient configuration > Distribution Group.
2. In the results pane, select the dynamic distribution group for which you want to preview the list of members.
3. In the action pane, under the dynamic distribution group name, click Properties.
4. In < dynamic distribution Groups > properties, click the Criteria tab.
5. Click "Preview".
