Description: The client can create a mailbox archive locally, sometimes to create a mailbox archive for a user on the server for administrative needs.

Analysis: The command to create an archive on a mailbox server is New-mailboxexportrequest, but by default, no user is delegated permission to execute the command, so the implementation requires delegation of permissions.

Step1 : Delegate to administrator appropriate permissions

STEP2: Restart EMS Service

STEP3: Export with Alex Mailbox as PST file (can be placed on a network share)
