In public areas, teachers can put something on the temporary basis, and departments can set up their own folders. For example, at the end of the academic office to accept the teacher's teaching summary, they can set up here a "Dean's office-collection of Teaching Summary" folder, the teachers see it. Of course, at the beginning there have been a lot of problems, this is free space, can be used, often some teachers in the top of the film, games, a long time will occupy a lot of server space. On the one hand, we talk about this problem with our teachers while we are training in the network, on the other hand, we have come up with a way to limit this public space to 1000MB. More than 200 faculty members have their own personal accounts, the space is 200MB, we give each account set the user name is the teacher's name pinyin, the initial password is "123456". Passwords are the same, certainly not safe, should be personalized customization. What do we do? We find out in Windows "Command Line window" by the teachers themselves to modify the password method, mainly using the "quot site pswd" oldpassword "newpassword" command to modify the password. We did a survey at the school forum last year, and it turns out that teachers are now skilled in their own personal accounts, and that most of their papers, courseware and other personal data are on the FTP server. This is to avoid the inconvenience to the teachers when the big office of our school exchanges computers every year. The personal account also has a prominent security problem--Virus! Because they are teachers of personal data, upload is through the school more than 60 office computers and teachers home computer, it is inevitable that there are all kinds of viruses, trojans. We configure the FTP server antivirus software every 1:00 to automatically antivirus. In order to facilitate the use of teachers, we specifically set up a common software account, the user name is "soft", the password is "soft". Put some commonly used software categories in different folders. With this username and password entered, the inside of the file is read-only, so that both easy to use and easy to manage. In addition, the software in this account is constantly changing, we are creating a user name "Softw", their own password to modify the "soft" in the content. In fact, the user name "soft" and "SOFTW" operation is a folder, but with "soft" entered is read-only, "SOFTW" can be rewritten. It's very practical and very convenient to manage.

Resource account in our school is a very important place, teachers have to visit frequently, username and password are "Zy". Many folders have been created under this account, not only "Chinese", "Physics", "Chemistry", "English" and other disciplines, there are "exploration-discovery", "in the World Dimension Lectures", "Advanced Education", "Information Center training Course", "the First Courseware competition award winning works" and so on. In short, it is to put all the public information in the school as much as possible in this account. Through this account, not only can the school teaching, management of the relevant information gathered to facilitate the teachers to consult, more importantly, with the content of the account is constantly enriched, the resources have been very good collection, collation, a long time, is the school a lot of wealth. So how does each teaching and teaching division manage their own content? Management methods are similar to "soft" and "SOFTW" accounts. Take the physics in the resource account as an example: we have created a "ZYWL" account, through the "ZYWL" Management "Zy" in the "Physical" folder. Of course, the "ZYWL" password is only known to the Physics Teaching and teaching section.
