The Adobe After Effects 7.0 New Edition helps users efficiently and accurately create countless kinds of compelling dynamic graphics and visual effects. With tight integration with other Adobe software, a highly flexible 2D, 3D synthesis, and hundreds of of preset effects and animations, you can add a refreshing effect to movies, videos, DVDs, and Macromedia Flash works.
Today we are going to experience adobe After Effects 7.0 brand new Flash video output features.
AE 7.0 has added support for Flash video and audio output in FLV format, let's take a look at how to output an AE 7.0 file as an FLV-formatted flash.
Instance physical Checkup: FLV output
Before you actually do this, download the Yeskybackround.rar for practice.
The specific steps are as follows.
1. Use AE 7.0 to open the downloaded instance file.
2. Select menu command "File>export>flash Video (FLV)" as shown in Figure 41.

3. In the "Flash Video Encoding Settings" dialog box, choose one of the encoding configuration, for example, select "Flash 8-medium Quality (400kbps)" here. Click Show Advanced Settings to display advanced options below the dialog box, as shown in Figure 42.

4. Click the OK button if you want to set the advanced options area as needed. Here is the default setting as shown in Figure 42.
5. Select the location of the output in the Save As dialog box and enter a file name, and then click the Save button to complete the output.
