The three parameters of the Enq:tx-row lock contention wait event are as follows

* P1 = Name|mode <<<<<<<<<<<<< name are generally 0x5458 for TX lock; Mode 4 for Shared lock mode for 6 for exclusive lock
* P2 = usn<<16 | Slots <<<<<<<<<<<<< V$transaction.xidusn and V$transaction.xidslot

* P3 = sequence <<<<<<<<<<<<< v$transaction.xidseq not difficult Discover that P2 and P3 are actually part of XID.
