1. Prerequisites: The DSN name must be set in the local ODBC, and ODBC must pass the test!
You can use the following methods to set ODBC:
(1) standalone edition: when creating a new odbc dsn, use SQL Server for the selected data source;
(2) online version:
[1] when creating a new odbc dsn, use SQL Server to select the data source;
[2] when creating a new odbc dsn, use SQL Native Client for the selected data source (SQL Server 2005 is required );
2. Use Access to open the database to be exported (I use the arms 20071. accdb that comes with Access2007 ).
3. to export a table to SQL Server:
(1) Right-click a table and choose export> ODBC database.
(2) The export prompt is displayed.
(3) After confirmation, select the ODBC data source.
(4) After selecting an ODBC data source, the connect to SQL Server dialog box is displayed.
(5) enter the SQL Server user name and password, and the export information box will pop up. (If the selected table already exists in SQL Server, the system will prompt that the table cannot be exported ).
4. The above information box appears, indicating that Access is successfully exported to SQL Server.
