Create a File> New in the upper left corner of a New project. The New Document setting window is displayed:

(Shortcut: Ctrl + N)

 

The content is Name, Presets, width, Height, and Resolution in sequence.

(1) Presets:

Design preset size. Press the drop-down menu and choose from many common sizes.
