2. Asset Module Management scope
Here, by the way, asset modules are generally used to manage fixed assets, but in the FA module you can manage fixed assets, intangible assets, projects under construction, long-term amortization costs, spare parts, low value consumables, etc. The system is dead, the scheme is alive.

3. New Asset Mode
Mainly includes 3 aspects, manual input, Webadi Import, other module import. In fact, Webadi is the bulk import of data through the write interface. Our introduction is to complete the work of Webadi by way of writing table directly.
During the import process, Webadi will proofread the data a lot, proofread the system standard interface, and then verify the interface data again by submitting the request. From the previous version, Webadi checksum is still less than the standard 1-2 items, Webadi bug is also very inexplicable, in short, very troublesome. (There has been a project, the DBA has been tracking debugging Webadi, found that there is no shutdown after the cursor opened, resulting in a maximum of 500 assets can be imported at a time, very silent)

The Asset System Interface table is relatively simple, with two tables. Fa_mass_additions and Fa_massadd_distributions. Fa_mass_additions is used to store asset information, fa_massadd_distributions to store allocation information. Two tables are associated by mass_addition_id fields. Note Fa_massadd_distributions automatically generates data after writing to the Fa_mass_additions table, and does not need to be written again, but needs to be updated.

4, Method Introduction:
1. Create temporary tables: including two temporary tables, one for storing imported asset data, another for storing checksum error messages;

2. Verify the data: According to the Webadi and system interface logic to check the data, and will be checked to the error table, easy to query.

The asset module simply says "Yes" to manage spare parts and low consumption, not optimal. Some customers do not have a dedicated system (or do not need a dedicated system), these asset management requirements are not very high, then you can use the asset module to deal with, simple management under the quantity, status, inventory and other needs. 1. Data collection
As for the data collection, the experience of sharing is that the default customer-supplied data is wrong, not too much fantasy.

For the asset module, monthly depreciation is not one of the initialization data, but it is recommended that customers also be provided for the analysis of future system-generated depreciation and current monthly depreciation differences, to avoid online after the customer response too strong.

2. Asset Data Collation
The data collected is always flawed, so the consultant needs to be validated, targeted feedback to the customer to modify, the process may take a lot of time. As a consultant, I personally feel that Excel's ability is necessary, one can be more effective, another point is to close the relationship with customers a way, especially financial advisers. 3. Verification method

(Excel contains several hidden functions for compatibility with lotus1-2-3, which is useful and can be used directly in Excel, but is not found in Help and insert formulas, ^_^).

3.2 Calculate the monthly depreciation of the amortization adjustment. Monthly Depreciation 1 = IF (lifetime >= asset life, 0, (original value-residual value)/asset life);

3.3 Calculates the difference between the monthly depreciation 1 and the monthly depreciation provided by the customer as the difference of 1;

3.4 Calculate cumulative depreciation. Calculates the cumulative depreciation based on the number of years used. IF (Use Life >= asset Life, original value-residual value, original value * monthly depreciation 1);

3.5 Compare the cumulative depreciation difference provided by customers;

3.5 Calculate the amortization adjustment under the monthly depreciation. Monthly Depreciation 2 = IF (lifetime >= asset life, 0, (original value-residual value-user provided cumulative depreciation)/(Asset life-asset lifetime));

3.6 calculates the monthly depreciation difference of 2 and the monthly depreciation provided by the customer, as difference 2;
