Fabrication method of PS-shaped silk wadding

Create a new layer and fill in your favorite color (don't have to be like mine)

Create a vector mask, and then use the Pen tool to draw your favorite heart shape or whatever shape

Add a layer mask and pull a black-and-white radial gradient (how much you look at yourself).

Then click on the brush to adjust the values in the brush preset (the values are not fixed)

When you're done, reduce the opacity and flow of the brush (at least one of them) and smear it with a black and white brush in the mask.

Add an inner glow, and the inner glow of the color to see yourself like.

Complete.
