Team
Last week, the fifth anniversary of donews was strongly emphasized by Hongyi. You may not have a very unique idea, but if your team is good enough, it will also be favored by venture capital. I personally disagree with this idea. I have always believed that the core competitiveness of any enterprise should be its talents. Entrepreneurial enterprises are especially important. The strengths of team members complement each other, cooperation and other capabilities directly affect the long-term development of the company. unfortunately, a stable team is precisely what these Internet companies lack most. therefore, one of my suggestions for all the partners who are preparing to start a business is to find a team partner with their own strengths before creating a company, and emphasize the spirit of win-win cooperation in this team. such a company can do this for a long time.
Experience
This should also be included in the team. Experience is really important for a startup team. I know that none of my college students' entrepreneurship was successful during my studies. when I have been selling for more than two years, I have been in touch with hundreds of sales staff. The difference between experience and experience is very obvious. Here is not just the difference in sales performance. the experience here also contains the background of an industry. A person with rich work experience will have a profound background in his industry, and his connections will also be huge. Sales personnel will understand the importance of connections. recently, I was reading some newly created Web websites and found that these founders have a good relationship with each other, which is very helpful to the development of their websites.
Originality
I don't want to talk about this. I just want to say that if you have a very unique idea that can make investors shine in front of you, you can also succeed without considering other aspects. the premise is unique.
Capital
This is also different. If you don't have any of the first few items, you can do it if you have money. You can buy a project for shipping and hire experienced people or teams with high salaries, it can also be successful.
