Problem description:

When using the Keil software, a similar error occurs: failed to execute 'd: Program Files \ Keil \ C51 \ bin \ c51.exe'

Cause:

Mostly becauseChanged the "initial installation directory" of Keil <path for the first installation>. If it is an installation version, this problem should not occur (to be confirmed); this problem is almost always caused by the use of a free installation version.

Solution:

Modify the tools. ini file in the installation directory of Keil and change all paths to your current correct Keil path.
