In the beginning, I thought it was a software problem, so I deleted the installation, installed the deletion, and repeatedly tried it for dozens of times, but it was still useless. I wanted to try to reinstall the system, however, the cost is too high, which wastes both time and energy. The procedure is as follows:
1. First, download the Windows install clean up software from the http://download.microsoft.com/download/e/9/d/e9d80355-7ab4-45b8-80e8-983a48d5e1bd/msicuu2.exe website, and then install it.
2, after from http://irc.msgplus.net /~ Jkay/wave3rc/contacts. MSI Download Windows Live communications platform. Do not install thisProgram.
3. Open windows install clean up, select Windows Live communications platform, and delete it.
4. reinstall Windows Live communications platform and restart Windows Live Messenger to log on.

Note: In this process, You Need To Disable Windows Live Messenger on the taskbar.
