When you uninstall the APK program today, the failure [install_failed_update_incompatible] error is displayed.

# CD Data/APP
# Rm api.apk

In this way, the uninstallation will not be complete. This error will occur when the APK is reloaded.
Open the simulator and choose Settings> Applications> mangeapplications> programs you want to uninstall> select "unistall ".
In this way, you can clean up what you want to uninstall and reload your program.

Another way is to set/data/system/packages. delete the corresponding information of the application in XML, restart the simulator, and then install it, because after ADB install, it will be in packages. add the corresponding program information in XML.
