False 'sharing violation' xcopy error message

Today, we want to automatically copy the new QC tool to the P4 user machine. To avoid every update !!!

So I called the BAT file in the program and executed the copy operation. I wanted to replace and update the new version tool silently. As a result, I found that the version was not successfully updated, so I went to the log, when an EXE file is copied, the following error occurs: sharing violation.

I checked a lot of information on the Internet. Copy permission problems ~~~

For example, B --> A. Generally, the object at location A is not writable, or the object at location B is not readable.

Check the file and find that the problem does not exist. When I manually execute the BAT file, the copy goes smoothly ~~~
