Today, we hold the annual undergraduate graduation ceremony here. Although the calendar of every year is engraved on this day, it is common for teachers, but it is extraordinary for you. This is an important sign in your life and a milestone in your journey. The graduation ceremony is extremely special to me because it coincides with the expiration of the executive leadership of this school. This is the last undergraduate graduation ceremony of this leadership team. (Applause) I have been thinking for a few months. What information should I send to you in this last speech? I recalled my work and life after graduation and reviewed my life trajectory. Today, in my last graduation speech in the name of the principal, I want to send a tip to the graduates to accompany you. This is also the title of my speech today: "linxing provides a tip, and our life is pursuing 'six hao '".

"First good" means to have a good character. The first word of "gender" is "gender ". Because "Morality" is the foundation of people and the soul that guides our thinking and actions. A person's good or evil, good or bad, success or failure, thin or powerful, all from their moral character. Pay attention to what you think, and your thoughts will become your language; pay attention to what you say, your language will become your action; pay attention to what you do, your behavior will become your habit. Pay attention to your habits, and your subconscious will become your character. Pay attention to your character, and your nature will influence your fate. The source of all this is your moral character. My personal requirements for myself are: "Give priority to others, treat people with sincerity, forge ahead, good and evil ". Of course, I also know that "Good and Evil" are not suitable for leaders, because leaders cannot simply love and clearly define themselves, and they need to benefit all beings and tolerate ugliness. Leaders can "be good to good ", but it is not "evil ".

"Second Best" means to have a good skill. Why? It comes from learning, from doing. The second word of beiyou school motto is "erudition ". Gift? "5. Good" means to have a kind of kindness. This means you must have a healthy mind and improve your ability to withstand stress and frustration. As the principal, I have always advocated that our faculty and staff "treat students as if they were children of friends." So I have always been as open to you as I do my mailbox, the words must be met, and the letter must be returned. However, my requirements were not widely recognized by faculty and staff. Those who disagree think that, from family to university, students are moving towards society. They need to understand society and feel the cruel side of society. The main manifestation of this cruel reality is that you are out of the center of the family, and no one in the society will take you as a treasure and even recognize your existence. If we still build our school into a greenhouse, will the flowers in the greenhouse be able to withstand the wind, rain, and snow of society in the future? Can the anti-virus capability be improved from the vacuum to the atmosphere? A graduate said back to school: "Teacher, you used to treat us very well. I thought this was the case in our society. I received an email from a student and complained to me, "Why is my uncle and aunt always yelling ?" While expressing to him the need to improve the school service attitude, I also told him that he should learn to avoid interference and don't bother himself with such things. Don't forget that his intention was to study, not to get angry. In fact, dealing with people is a kind of learning, both to pursue yourself to have a good mood, but also to give each other a good mood. There is a real case around me: two people drink coffee, each cup of coffee presents a pack of fries. One of them wants to have another fries, but not coffee, but the waiter says the fries are only for sale. This person took out the money to negotiate and agreed that it would be cheaper than buying coffee. The waiter is hesitating. How much should I pay? At this moment, another person rushed to say, "It's just a matter of symbolic reception. Why are you so worried ?" The waiter immediately returned the money and said, "I don't have to worry about it. I can't sell it as required !" In this case, it is impossible to buy a single fries. I believe you understand the reason.

In short, everything must be clear about what your original purpose is, learn to master the ability to resist mental stress, and make yourself able to hold it under any circumstances. "Sixth good" means to have a good body. Health is the wealth of mankind. Exercise and work together to develop good habits. I agree with this statement: Life is a huge number, and health is the first one, people's career, honor, status, wealth, family, and friends are all 0 s behind 1. This is also the reason why I asked the competent authority not to be re-elected as the principal of beiyou. Without a strong body, I only have to put down the burden.
