This problem may be caused by a problem with the device redirector of Terminal Services, resulting in connection failure. Solution:
1. Download devcom.exe tool http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/1/f/11f7dd10-272d-4cd2-896f-9ce67f3e0240/devcon.exe with a chain
2. decompress the package to a directory, start the command line mode, and switch to the i386 directory of the directory.
3. Run the devcon-r install % windir % infmachine. inf rootdpdr command to reinstall the Terminal services reconfigurator.
4. restart the system and test whether the error is fixed.

 

In other cases, check whether Remote Desktop Help Session Manager, Terminal Services, and other Services are enabled, and whether the firewall is disabled.
