Many customers come to the seller without looking at the intermediate text carefully. In fact, this problem is very simple. Window also tells you to start the Wireless Zero Configuration (wzc) service. By default, this service is automatically stopped when a third-party wireless Manager program runs on your computer (sometimes running when a driver is installed. You can use either of the two methods to enable the function. One is to disable (exit rather than minimize) The third-party Wireless Management Program (usually there is a small icon in the lower right corner of the menu to exit), and wait for 30 seconds, the wzc service will get up; the other is to manually force the next service ......

If none of the above problems occurs, or you can confirm that Nic A is good (because you can find other wireless networks ), it can also be confirmed that wireless route B is also good (because other wireless devices can find this router), but that is, network adapter A cannot find wireless route B, it may be a channel problem. This symptom exists on Intel's wireless card, because the US wireless channel is 1-11, Europe and Japan are 1-13, and some special channels can be 14.

Some wireless routers automatically select channels. After the system is turned on, it will find that the surrounding channels are occupied or interfered, and then it will change itself to a higher channel (frequency). If it is a 12-14 channel, your us Nic may not be found. The solution is simple, that is, entering the specified wireless channel on the vro between 1 and 11.

In fact, unless it is a hardware problem, it is usually a problem of software, configuration, and driver. We will gradually improve this in future tutorials. If you have other questions, please leave a message here and we will concentrate on your answers.
