1. What is Metalink?

2. How do I register a Metalink account?
1. Enter http://metalink.oracle.com in your web browser.
2. Select the latest Server registration.
3. Follow the prompts on the screen to register.
(You Need To Know the country where your support number and valid support number are located)
3. How can I customize my title?
You can customize "my title" to display the topics or titles you are interested in. They will be displayed by category.
On the "my title" Page, select Settings.
In the list, select the content you want to display on your "Personal title" Page and add a new item.
• Your selection will be displayed in the list of pages.
• Select Configuration items in the list that match each option to further customize how to display them.
• After selecting and displaying the standard, select submit.
• Select "my title" from the Metalink menu to view your selection results.
4. How to enter Metalink?
1. Enter http://metalink.oracle.com in your web browser.
2. Select the latest Server registration.
3. Enter your username and password.
5. How to add another customer support number (CSI )?
You must configure your account before creating tar on Metalink.
1. Select User attributes from the menu
2. Select Show License.
3. Enter your CSI number in the support number column and select the Add button.
4. Return to the personal properties page and move the mouse down to the bottom of the page. The system displays your Metalink permissions, including the following.
• Open, update, and close tar
• Read tars
• Visit the Forum
• Added CSI
• Delete CSI
• Configure my homepage
• Access patch
• Manage other users
• Your administrator: <Name>
6. How to Create a tar attribute (profile )?
You can create up to 10 attributes. When a tar is created, it is automatically entered in the domain.
1. Select User attributes from the menu.
2. Select the tar attribute button.
3. Select a product in the Product Bar.
4. Enter the product version number.
5. Enter the platform for running the product.
6. Enter the OS version number.
7. Based on the selected product, enter the version number of the RDBMS In the RDBMS version column.
8. Select the contact information you want for this tar.
9. Select the CSI number from the support number column.
10. Enter the title of the property, and select the property for storing the property. Tar. The property will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
11. Repeat the preceding steps to add more attributes.
7. How to organize your tar?
Prepare the following information before registering ITAR:
1. CSI

8. How to register ITAR?
1. Register to Metalink and select tar from the menu
2. Select create tar and manually enter the tar header information, including the product, platform, version, and phone CSI. or select tar profile to automatically obtain the information. Then select "continue"
3. Select the problem type
4. Enter the wrong number (if any)
5. Enter a sentence to describe your problem, and then choose "continue"
6. Enter a detailed description of the question and answer a series of questions.
7. After answering all the questions, select "continue" to confirm the tar information.
8. Check the information. If you want to change the information, go back to the upper level and enter it again.
9. Select "Open tar" to display the confirmation information of tar and remember the tar number.
10. If there are related files (such as log trace), select "upload to support" (Upload File) and upload the file.
