There are three time policies for backup, "Daily Policy", "Weekly Policy", "Monthly policy", and the user can set up according to the importance of the virtual machine business.

Incremental and differential backups: Incremental backups are based on a full backup point, backed up by a previous backup point (depending on the previous backup point), on a per-backup basis, and a differential backup is a backup that is based on the same full backup point (dependent on a full backup point) for each backup. For an incremental backup, deleting a backup point causes all of the backup points after its dependency chain to be deleted, while the differential backup point is deleted only when its full backup point is deleted, and all remaining dependent nodes are removed. The settings for differential and incremental backups are the same as for full backups, and can be referenced by setting up a full backup. (It is recommended that incremental and differential backups be set only one and can be adjusted to suit your own situation).

Data deduplication: Whether this backup uses data deduplication, using deduplication effectively reduces storage space for backup data, saves resources, but has some impact on the speed of backups, and it takes longer to select the Deduplication backup for the same virtual machine.

data block Size: block size settings, set according to the virtual machine content, if the virtual machine is written in small pieces of data, the size of the data block is small, if the virtual machine writes data to large chunks of data, the size of the block is larger, we recommend the default settings

Compressed Storage: whether to compress the backup data when it is stored
