Fast connection and shutdown of wireless network in WIN8 system

Microsoft Windows 8 devices provide very convenient wireless network connectivity and operation management, can automatically find the use of wireless network signals in the environment, and provide more detailed query and setup options, together to see the specific use of the steps.

Press the "Win+i" key button in the Win8 Start screen or move your finger from the right side of the screen to the center and select the "Settings" option (pictured below).

If you have a wireless network available in your current environment, the six options buttons below the Settings menu on the right side of the screen display a pattern of the Red box section in the following illustration.

Click on the icon to enter the network settings interface, Wi-Fi logo will show the current environment of all the wireless network connection points, select the desired wireless network connection name (mouse click or finger click), select "Connection" in the Drop-down menu. If you need to connect automatically, check the box in front of automatic connection, and the next time you Win8, you will know that you are automatically connected to this wireless network.

Enter the wireless network security key and, if necessary, click the Eye icon to the right of the key input box, and then click Next when you have finished typing.

The WIN8 system asks if you want to enable sharing between computers and connect to devices on this network. If you choose "No" in a public place, you can choose "Yes" if you have application requirements in your home and work environment. This setting can also be changed at any time.

After the key is verified correctly, WIN8 will successfully connect to the wireless network that you just selected, the status of the wireless network name will be displayed as "connected", and the right bar chart will show the signal strength of the current wireless hotspot.

Right-click on the current connected wireless network name, pop-up menu, there are "show the expected data usage", "set to select by Flowmeter fee", "Forget This network" (that is, remove the network), "Enable or turn off sharing", "View connection Properties" and other detailed settings and operation options, you can choose on demand.

To disconnect from the current wireless hotspot, tap the wireless network name and click Disconnect (D) in the Drop-down menu to disconnect the wireless network.
