Fast Setting of wireless routes

Today I installed wireless routing. TP-LINK. I have installed numerous wired routes. Today I have installed wireless routes and learned a few more tricks to record them.

1. Connect to the route. First, log on to the route and change the login name and password. Open your browser and enter 192.168.1.1 in the address bar. In the pop-up window, the default user name and password are as follows: After logging on to admin successfully, click "System Tools" in the left-side menu tree to change the logon password.

2. Clone the MAC address, click the menu tree-network parameters-MAC address clone, and then choose menu tree-System Tools-restart the router and restart it.

3. For China Netcom broadband, you need to set the account and password of the AD to the route. You do not need to enter the user name and password to access the Internet later. Choose "Network Parameters"> "WAN port"> "WAN port"> "PPPoE" and enter the account and password to save the connection. If you do not have an account or password, you can select a dynamic IP by default.

4. Wireless Network Settings

Choose "menu tree"> "Wireless Parameters"> "Basic settings"> "SSID", and enter a name for your wireless network. In this way, you can click "wireless network" within your wireless ing range.

For example, if the wireless function is enabled for mlkysn lighting, enable SSID broadcasting (this is for security reasons. After the wireless function is disabled, you cannot find the wireless network named mlkysn in the wireless network, include yourself. 5. After the above settings are complete, you can click the Wireless Network icon in the lower right of the desktop on the computer to bring up the wireless network connection settings window. Select "set wireless network for home or small office". Next, set a new wireless network, in the next step, set the above name in the network name mlkysn point to manually allocate the network key. Enter the above password usa78. After the next step is complete, you can connect to the wireless network. If other computers are connected, the steps are the same.

6. Security: Choose menu tree> Security Settings> firewall settings> Enable Firewall.

Menu tree-Security Settings-Advanced Security Settings enable DOS attack prevention click Enable ICMP-FLOOD attack filter, enable UDP-FLOOD filter, enable TCP-SYN-FLOOD attack filter, ignore Ping from the WAN port. Save OK. We recommend that you set MAC address filtering for security.

After filtering, click the MAC address other than the effective rule in this prohibited list to access other computers in the wireless network. If you want to connect to the Internet, remember which computer needs to connect to the wireless network, first, check the MAC address of the Local Machine on that computer, and then add the MAC address to the MAC address filtering in the route settings on the computer connected to the network.
