Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"', piplauncher

Python-2.7.13 and python-3.6.1 are installed on the computer, pip is selected during installation, and environment variables are configured.

 

The executable files python2 and python3 were modified for ease of running. When pip2 or pip3 is executed on the cmd command line, the error message of Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"' is displayed.

In this case, we can execute pip through the-m parameter display, as shown below:

This execution of pip is still a little troublesome.

On another computer, I only installed python 3.6.1 and directly executed the pip command without any problems. The problem was found when I modified the executable file to python3. At this time, I copied an executable file as python, as shown below:

If you run the pip command again, no error will be reported.
