This article will share with you some of my personal experience in using the fedora operating system as the preferred desktop system for work and life. The system version is consistent with the latest version of fedora, which is currently fedora 25.

Configure a virtual desktop: system settings → desktop behavior → virtual desktop (remember to set the screen edge for the mouse party)
Configuration activity: system settings → desktop behavior → Activity
Configure desktop widgets: Right-click the desktop → add widgets (Quick Start, media frame, system load viewer, notes, folder view are all good options)
Configure Shortcut Keys: system settings → shortcut keys (this is needless to say. You are familiar with the system shortcut keys and can easily start new applications)
Configure the Default Folder: System Settings> Application> location (if the Chinese version is installed, make sure to modify the folder. Otherwise, it may cause some trouble to enter Chinese characters in the hosts file)
Configure Default applications: system settings → applications → default applications
