Markdown Software Rollup 1.gedit and VIM
The above editor supports markdown syntax highlighting, but Gedit does not require additional configuration, Vim also needs to download the appropriate plugin and configure the. vimrc file. Unfortunately neither of them can preview the final result. The Gedit interface is shown in Appendix Figure 1.
2.CMD Markdown
CMD markdown Introduction
CMD Markdown is a full-platform editor, and web editing is supported, and the client version is no different from the Web version. It is important to note that the software can also be used offline.
Advantages and disadvantages of CMD markdown
The web side of the cmd markdown can be used to meet the general requirements, but cannot open the local file, although you can copy the contents of the file to cmd markdown edit, the edits are finished, but when the file is updated frequently it becomes very troublesome.
Installing the cmd Markdown
- To the official website download "cmd_markdown_linux64.tar.gz" and decompression;
- Run
sudo ln -sf /usr/lib64/libudev.so.1 /usr/lib64/libudev.so.0;
.
- Double-click the cmd Markdown or run it at the terminal
./Cmd\ Markdown
to open the interface, as shown in the appendix Figure 2.
3.ReText
Considering the markdown of the CMD, it is decided to install Retext.
Installing Retext
Execute the command directly yum install retext
to complete the installation, see Appendix Figure 3
If manually installed, you can download resources from [1], but you may encounter some problems, see [2].
Retext Configuration
The Retext configuration includes syntax highlighting, mathematical formulas, custom styles, etc., see [3], [4].
